Lighting clarification please

I've looked over a few TEKS and I still can't find any definitive advice on lighting during cultivation. What should the lighting be during colonization? after birthing? Should it be constant or in cycles? Thanks

No light during colonization. After birthing any indirect light for a few minutes a day will work. Some will say 12 hours of light a day but I find this overkill. When I used to grow I had some tubs in a dark room and the only time they got light was when I'd go in there once or twice a day to check on them. Fan/mist etc.
