I'm definitely going to follow up on it...I'm a pretty stubborn bitch, once I have my mind set on something.  And I'm pretty damn pissed about this, which only adds to my motivation.  I almost wish the guy wrote me a damn ticket or a warning, just so I could pursue this easier.

that's fucked up. i hope it becomes mandatory for cruisers to have cameras with audio installed to catch shit like this. i swear, im going to carry a tiny voice recorder to document any abuse that cops try to pull from now on. sadly though, when he said he saw pills in your purse that probably did give him cause to search your car. of course not with any common decent sense but with the way this country is turning to shit with everyones rights i wouldnt be surprised.

im still looking for barry cooper's video.

Oh god, don't sit on the tennis net. You are ruining it....

Also make sure to sweep that court before you play.

BTW, should have taken down squad car number.

I guess I just don't understand how me having a prescription bottle with my name on it, in my purse, containing medicine prescribed by my doctor constitutes probable cause.  I think that's a load of bullshit.

Also, I called the woman at state police headquarters today, and I feel like I'm getting the run around.  I told her in no uncretain terms that I was not going to stop calling there until I got the name of the officer in question, and I mean it.

LiquidKick, that's my fiancee leaning on the net, because when the net is up ALL the way, Lucy can't quite jump over it, and she could get her feet stuck in the mesh and get hurt falling.  We don't play tennis, or maintain the court, or the net, or any of that...so it's not really my concern.  It's just in our back yard and it's a convenient enclosed place to run with our dog off leash.

And yes....I should have taken down the squad car number.

Police will say anything is probable cause(I was once told that my jacket was probable cause, because it was black and I was walking), you have to step up and tell them its not when its not, and if they ignore you just keep a cool head and report it afterwards (and yea, to do this its best to get some sort of number to identify the guy).

And yea they are gonna give you the run-around cause this allows them to do less work and not get in trouble for it... its their easy way out of getting off their ass.
