I haven't received my order yet...but I placed orders with three different vendors at the same time, and Sporelab has been the only one to answer emails promptly and give me a good feeling about customer service.
Which is funny, considering the other two have fancy websites and you'd think would be more on-the-ball.
When I receive my order, I can post further comments if you like.

Sure, thatd be great. I do get an overall good feeling about this vender so far. They answered my email right away concerning prices and shipping. If this works out I'll never order from Ryche again..too $$$ and takes long...but real good clean spores

Captin Max is great. But hawk is too. I have seen too many bad things about him in the forums. Hawk gave me great service. I tripped out on his mushies plenty of times. He sends his spores fast and clean. I am loyal to Hawk but when i am low on cash I go to FSR or SporeLab. FSR is speedy and delivers quality spores. Thats the expericance I have had.

I have ordered from at least 3 vendors here and while I do give them all shit from time to time I will say that ALL orders I have placed I got more than I ordered or as you call it a present.

Sporelab got my order from Vancouver to Toronto in 3 days. I ordered Psilocybe cyanescens for the garden and Tapalpa. Both are doing really well and I should have shrooms soon. Captain Max answered my e-mails very promptly and even gave growing help. He has good mushrooms and the price is right.

i ordered 2 syringes from captain max mushroom 2 months ago. he never received my money. i told him if i had to send again and he said 'no' and sent me the syringes.got'em in 4-5 days.and i live in Greece.
doesn't he rule or what?

ya sporelab is great! i was nervous about ordering from any vender...i thought they were all a scam, but capt'n max was awesome, he answered sooo many questions before i even ordered. even now that i recieved my syringes he still has been answereing all my questions bout starten out growing.
he is the only vender i have used, and i see no reason to change.

Captain Max was very good to me and answered a lot of questions for me before I even ordered. He was very specific to me about the difficulty of growing Psilocybe cyanescens. However I now have a big chunk of it on cardboard. I wasn't really touting Captain Max. I was only telling the truth and that can never change. And believe me if he had f..... me over, I would be telling that here too.

You're wrong of course. I make my own syringes, always have, always will.
I have some of Mr G's prints, prolly will grow them out and then make syringes.
Why, you got something against Mr. G? He has forgotten more about mushrooms then you will ever know ya little punk!
Have some respect for a REAL mycologist, not some punk reselling the work of others.
You sell B+ little punk? Then you are selling Mr G's work as well.

You've all got your qualitys but you still feel the need to bitch and whine when somebody else says something negative and it just goes on forever.
