Just place in next to a window in your home that has indirect sunlight. As long as you can read a book, there is plenty of light. The light give the boomers direction as to where to grow, so even a wimpy flourescent overtop of the chamber is perfect.

almost any lighting system will work bro, just remember that if you are using something like a high pressure sodium bulb(or something that gets as hot) to keep it far enough away so it wont heat up and dehydrate your cakes.
