Most people seldom use cabbage like onion.
Cabbage will caramelize just like onion;
if fried in a bit of butter, oil, or bacon grease.

Cabbage is very healthy food, fries VERY quickly;
And if seasoned a bit;
Is a great way to stretch leftover meat.

It will make a BIG meal, in very few minutes & IS EASY.

I love it, with sliced & fried polish sausage.:thumbup:

Any big grocery store, market, or farmers market.
Should have cabbage.

Pork N' Cabbage - the old German standby!

I f'n love cabbage. if cooked slowly, it loses all funk/bitterness.
(this works well for brussel sprouts too!)
