Cobweb!!

So my casing has what I can only assume to be cobweb on it. It's not white like the myc its a fuzzy greyish. I want to treat it with h2o2 but it's just starting to pin like crazy will the h2o2 kill all my pins? and is it possible to just rub some of it on where the cobweb is?
Also: I have 2 larger mushrooms growing off a cake but they look kinda well sick. they are droopy and they aren't holding themselves up...I let my friend watch them for 2 weeks while I was away and I think he didn't watch them at all...

I've never had to deal with cobweb mold, but I was told that a solution of peroxide and water (about 5-10% peroxide) will kill the mold while doing minimal or no damage to the mushrooms.
I could be really wrong about that though.

You can use regular drugstore peroxide straight out of the bottle to kill cobweb mold,If it is too far gone it wont kill it and even with peroxide it may be too late but it is worth a shot, peroxide is damaging to mycelium to a degree but isn't going to kill your mushrooms, when people say about how damaging peroxide is to mycelium they are referring to people who use it constantly for no reason by adding it to their mist water and spraying it on young mycelium

Cobweb mold melts on contact with 3% peroxide. It takes a good soaking, but dactylium is definitely killed by peroxide. A follow up treatment 24 hours later whether you see it returning or not is recommended.
You'll need to soak everything including the pins, unfortunately. When cobweb spores make contact with a mushroom, they germinate and grow quicker than the pin can mature, ruining it. Early detection is the key. If found early, it can be spot treated. If it spreads much at all, the whole casing layer should be sprayed.
Cobweb is in the air everywhere(it's called 'powdery mildew' when it gets on houseplants), but will only grow on a casing layer if the air is very still and stale. Air exchange and mild turbulence within the growing area will prevent it. RR

thanks RR.
I'm pretty sure when I gave them to my budy he didn't fan them whatsoever.
what about those drooping mushrooms I was talking about? Im guessing they are dead and just arent going to grow anymore there caps are begining to discolor. I'm thinking of trashing the whole thing and staring over. But Im sure I could save the casing
