slight oder...is it ok?

I finally found the first signs of growth this morning (and this is my first time) so I'm pretty excited. However there is a slight oder coming from the jars. It's not strong but it does smell like stinky feet the way contams are described. And I did notice that it was coming from a couple of the jars a bit more than others. Is the slight oder normal, or do you think some may be contaminated? Or should I wait longer to see? All jars are showing at least small signs of growth including the ones that smell a little bit stronger. Also, I was wondering if it is extremely important to get rid of contaminated jars as soon as possible? Do they hold a threat to the rest of the jars stored with them (in an incubator)?
I appreciate any response, you guys have helped me so much already!

They probably got contaminated from you opening them to smell them. Stinky feet smell is not good. Separate those jars and wait a few more days to make sure its contamination. Try not to open your jars either. And smelling your jars is dangerous. Be careful you dont get too big a whiff. Some bacteria can cause serious illness and possible death.

Thanks for the warning about dangerous contams. Do you have a suggestion as to how to pick out a contaminated jar if you don't smell each one individually? I didn't open the jars. I left them closed and smelled near the lid, and I was careful to exhale away from the jar. Do you still think I might have contaminated them?

Just wait for visible signs...if none show it may still be contaminated though...If no mycelium grows that may be a sign of bacteria as well. Sniffing a TINY bit around the rim of the jar should be ok. If you smell a rotten or sour smell then chunk it.
