 Spores Have Not Germinated?

I waited 5 days since innoculation of jars w/t no signs of mycellium. The strain is PES Hawaiian. Theres no sign of contam.. Smells like grain, jars are the same temp. as the incubator & no growth in any jars period. What should I do?

How long did you wait after pressure cooking untill you innoculated?
1)Might have been too hot (you really have to make sure becuase they're really sensitive)
2)Just be patient, sometimes it takes longer.
3)Build an incubator

Jars sat for 15days after Pressure Cooking in Garbage bags w/t peroxide on the Bottom of the bags. OHHHHHH- Hold On- The jars were shaken & then placed inside a garbage bag w/t peroxide on bottom bags. Bags were then tied off & placed in the incubator for 15days at 84F. Is it possible the peroxide evaporated into the Jars killing the Spores after innoculation????

First off: Innoculation of grain takes a lot longer to germinate than it would on brf/verm cakes. I didn't realize this until recently. I probably waited a good 5-8 days with my PR's before seeing ANYTHING.
Just let them sit in your nice warm incubator, and you should star to see something.
Once your mycelium has become well established at the innoculation areas, (pretty bright white), you can shake them. It'll look like you just started over again, but give it another few days and you'll see some really aggressive growth.
I dont think that the peroxide could have evaporated. Even if it did, it would be a very small amount, and wouldnt hurt your spores.
But still, its just the grain that takes longer to germinate than a cake.

Jars are kicking Ass!!!! Wahoooooooo!!! 
I checked the Jars 14hrs later- Many spots of agressive Growth.
I shook the shit out of the Jars. Cant wait!!!  So many with
no contams. Thankyou everyone!!! I soon hope to help the FSR get

peroxide will not be able to sterilize things after it has evaporated. Once it evaporates it become hydrogen and oxygen i belive.
