Black Lights Can i have some more help? please

I have another question. And i did search for it and some one said black light but they didn't give an answer it was a totally diffrent answer So i am asking now...
Are black lights good for this?

I think the ultra-violet light degrades the goodness.
I think certain "blue" wavelength are good.

Oh but i read some where that some 1 used a black light and it mutated the mushrooms

Why would a blacklight be good? It has a completely different specturm from a natural light. THink about it for a second...you want something that gives off white light or natural light. Things dont grow from blacklights in nature do they?
