I don't have that pressure cooker thingy and i don't know what to do? Why do you even need it? Help Help help Please? Please help

The pressure cooker thingy as you call it is used to sterilize the jars you are going to inoculate... It is used to boil water at very high temps and pressure. Without one you could boil the jars in a normal pot of water just do it longer and make sure you have a towel or something to keep the jars off of the bottom of the pot. Hope this answer helps you out, next time if you do a simple search of the forums you will find that this question has been answered like a million times before this one. But I understand some people just don't take the time to do a little research...

Oh sorry i am a person with no brain well i have a brain i am jsut a begginer do u boil the jars with the stuff in it (excluding the spores)

The best place to go would be the FAQ, in there you will find all the grow guides you need... If you follow the steps just as they are written (take NO shortcuts) you will be on your way to beautiful harvests of mushrooms.

It gets really tiring to answer questions like these becuase they are asked and answered over and over again.
It pisses us off becuase these questions can be answered better, and easier with the search function.

Yes you boil to make sure you kill off any contams that are in the mixture you are using to grow. You do not want any competing molds or funguses in the mixture. First thing about growing mushrooms is you MUST be sterile. The boiling sterilizes the contents in the jars.
