How Do I Control Diff. RH needs

Hello Out There, I've just gotta say Thanks Shroomery & all you Enthusiast. My first attempt was a disaster Green Mold. My second attempt using Anno's pf tek w/ polyfill filters and incubation set up Anno my sincere gratitude. My fruiting chmber is a store bought mini greenhouse, metal pipes w/ three open wire shelves, an A-frame over top shelf with a plastic cover that zips open in front. I sealed the bottom w/ duct tape & have trays of perlite covering bottom two shelves, which are 13 " apart, top shelf has 17 to 19 " air space. the demensions are 27"W ,49" H,19"D. I have 6 casings that are all in diff stages. I just put 2 in the bottom shelf to induce pinning 90% valleys covered, the ones that are just starting to pin are on the 2nd shelf and two are fruiting, they're on the top shelf. I mist 2 or three times a day whenever the condensation gets really light on the plastic, light misting across bottom two shelfs not much on top. I've come this far and don't want to mess up by over watering or underwatering & fruiting needs less humidity, Right? I'm thinking of sealing the shelves off from each other. My question is this. Will the same humidity harm the fruiting process? Am I just overcomplicating the whole humidity thing? Any Suggestions or Comments would be appreciated. Thanks

You have to do it exactly the oposite way.
Humid air is LIGHTER than dry air(yeah, seems strange, but that?s the way it is), so the most humid area is at the top of the shelf.

thanks Anno, I had them the other way because i figured the co2 would be more concentrated at the bottom. I'm gonna go rearrange them now.
And Thanks again for all your great info
