Tek Advice

Ok, I have been reading up on pf teks for over a month now and I have noticed that the ratios of ingredients for the substrate vary from tek to tek. I was wondering which one is considered the best (BRF/verm tek that is). I wanted to innoculate 8-10 jars.

Heck if anyone would tell me what thier favorite mix is, that would be great too
