How do I get ahold of PF?

I ordered a couple syringes from them and just finished using them last week. Innoculating half of my jars with each one side by side, I found out that one of the syringes wasn't sterile.

I have looked all over and done multiple searches, and I cannot find an email address or anything for Psilocybe Fanaticus.
