Ok so if someone wants to continue those genetics would you cut a piece from the best sclerotia, then get it back to veg state then fruit and collect spores? How would one go about getting that piece of sclerotia to go back into growth and possible fruit as is????? Ordered strain A yesterday....... Gonna work on this....Whats the standard for getting the Mexicans to fruit...Lent out the TMC for a few weeks so I cant refer back...Being the good guy I am...J

Much? No, not much. I fruited them once and I have some jars with sclerotia going. But I tried the aforementioned procedure with tampanesis scerotia and it turned out ok.

Can you do this with spores?? I don't master the agar tehnique yet. For example, inoculate spores instead of mycelium?

I was really trying to see if anyone had a tech to fruit the sclertia directly...In nature these are produced to withstand unideal conditions then when its optimal growth continues. Now would it start back in veg or would it fruit immediately to reproduce???Any ideas???whats the experience on these like ???more energetic or drunk wobbley>Closer to a pan buzz?????Thanks.
