yeah, you can also boil them. get a pan, put your jars in it, fill it with water until it reaches roughly half way up the side of the jars, then bring it to a boil.
but be sure not to set the jars on the bottom of the pot, put either some sort of screen so that the jars won't touch the bottom (i've hear people use a washcloth) and cap that sucker with a top. let it boil for about a hour, then let it dry/cool for about 5
that's from what i've heard anyways, i'ma bout to start my first grow on friday with a pressure cooker, but i couldn't find a pressure cooker for a few days now and i read up on the boiling tek. anyways... good luck!

When I boil I just use one of those steamers you put in the bottom of a pan ( they open like a flower) and put my jars ontop of that. This question seems to be asked on a daily basis.  Read the FAQ and do some searches on here for info.
