its been 8 days since innoculation and this is what one of my jars looks like:

is that mycellium or contamns or can yah tell, thanks in advance.

Thats what one of my jars looked like the other day. I thought it to was just mycellium to but when I smelled the jar, it kind of smelled sour so I threw it out.

Looks like cobweb mold to me , sorry man !
Also your substrate looks too wet, watch out the water content.

Looks like very wet mycelium. Too much water, but if it doesn't turn green or go truyly cobweb, why not grow as a cake instead of casing it? It will dry a little after being removed from the jar.

If it isnt cob web, Which im not sure, I would loosen the jar lids to help get rid of some of that moisture.
