No. The jars are contaminated, from the smell I?d say bacterial contamination.

Get yourself 10 ml syringes. Every vendor will sell you some.

yeah use up the syringes that you have.
Then sterilize them and reuse them.
Learn how to make your own syringes.
Follow a good syringe tek.
