Man I learned a lot on this hunt...I went with two other people who had no experience and we didnt even find a cow field until dawn...Naples is full of development. We finally found one but it was inaccessible alligator style. We talked to some local chicks and they said to go North of Ft.Meyers. Anyway, I could see myself having some fun out in these fields. As we headed back we stopped near Stirling Rd. and mushed around encountering bulls in high grass and females who werent having it. That was it we saw two species of mushroom that, collectively, might have had as much magic as an ashtray.
GGreatOne234, thanks for the info I was really starting to think fungicide was at fault for the lack of fungus among us. After investigating a few dead ends, I found 4 cow fields in Broward that I can check. If a cow field has nothing one time, does it pay to return?
