Just forget about the jars for about a week or two. Then, you'll be a lot happier when you check it than if you were to check it every day for the next week to find nothing at all.

Forget about everything, they tend to grow faster then, Its a mind thing. Check on them everyday, it dont look like anything, but once a week, you will be surprised. To answer your question 14+ days.

WRONG ,GUYS!!!?
The first sing of germination, will be in 3 to 5 days!!!
I check them every 3 days an notice differences PFs are fast!!
3 day flat lots of white, my Gulf coast an Hawians took 5 days!!!GOOD LUCK!!

actually 4 to 7 days is a better estimate as to when he will see any growth.

sometimes it takes longer....depending on your mix of the substrate.

basically how well you do with this hobby depend on how well you can follow directions.
