blue helix lid question

Blue Helix made this awesome lid with septum, filter disc, etc.
anyone round here familiar with it how'd he make such a neat hole in the filter disc for the septum? anyone know?
any ideas?

hole saws you can get them at any hardware store

He drilled the holes with a hole saw. I dont know whats difficult to understand about that?

Imeant the filter disc not the actual lid itself.
if you tried a drill on a filter disc the fibers would come loose.
i asked how he made the hole in the filter disc under the lid,
not the hole in the lid.

Well if you clamped enough of them together in a jig or between two pieces of thin material it would work perfectly... that's just basic mechanics

thanks for the answer. I hope it works. otherwise im gonna use tiny squares as with six tango's double lid technique.
