CureCat has it. Very probably a Ramaria. An accurate ID to species would require a microscope.

Could be, but I don't think that's it. Don't worry, those coral mushrooms are often a bitch to ID. Virtually impossible without using a microscope.

theres a soft orange ramaria thats edible it has lite something too snack, mix some of it up, with some acorns and some maple leafs maybe some grass and some berrys and you got your self some old fashion trail mix.  :celery:  :celery:  :celery:  :celery:

Be cautious with eating coral mushrooms. Most of them are edible, but some of them are poisonous. My books recommend avoiding any that are bitter or peppery tasting or that have a gelatinous area inside them. Many people experience diarrhea after eating corals, so try not to eat too much of them, and, as with all wild mushrooms, cook them thoroughly. (Yes, there are a few wild mushrooms that can be eaten raw, but it should be avoided unless you are certain they are edible raw)
