finally got a new mic the other day and decided to mess around last night. to hear what i came up with click the link below. its not trip music or anything, just me messing around with some jazz stuff.

it took me about 20 minutes to put that together.
tell me what you think.

also for some reason it sounds funny in music match. so it might be like that in other third party programs. it sounds fine in windows media player though.

hopefully longer more "time-spent" things in the future.

Not bad, Djengo Reinheardt fan presume? i've been playing simular jazz type stuff ever since I first heard him play. I'm not quite at your level yet, but gimmi some time. I love those swing chords

- there's 3 guitars in that, two all the way through and one in the middle somewhere.

- i'm just using my friend crappy fender acoustic on that.

Yeah, It does remind me a lot of django, all you need is a stephane grapelli type accompianist, not so much a violin, but maybe some piano... It's good.. you obviously have some chops there. How long have you been playing for? I like the way you can vary your solo from more than like two different notes. Did you take any lessons or know any theory?? cause it obviously sounds like you know what you're doing..

nah, never took any lessons. didn't want to spend the money and i think your a better player if your self taught in the long run.

check out the site i put up, broadcast.001, theres three more tracks on there that could use some outside interpretation.

very nice...i like to play similar stuff...it's got the southern fried funky feel to it.

how can i get music into my computer and onto here?? we should start a shroomery jam thread, where we all jam for 5 minutes or so....then someone can give the winner some fre shit! yeah!
