pinheads?

hi, i'm a newbie to the cultivation lark and was following the pf tek up til now. my problem is that the jars have been fully colonised for a couple of days now and i'm seeing no 'pinning' happening, it's just a big jar of white fluff. will it happen or is it too late or something?
any contribution would be appreciated,

well....sometimes you won't see pins for a few weeks.
