i like to think of order and chaos as two opposing forces, which can be represented by the yin-yang, as evolving said. two parts of the same circle.

they both come from the same place and they are both centered on the same point (now). one is pushing, the other is pulling. order is the inherent nature of the universe, the natural unity of void, the tendency to remain unified, which can be observed by being aware of cause-and-effect (a hurricane triggered by a butterfly's wings). if you die, fliquid, it will be the result of an *ordered* sequence of occurences. this, however, is where chaos comes in. chaos is, as someone else said, the unpredictability of the human mind. this is not just the human mind. it also exists to lesser degrees in the simpler animals, even single celled amoebas like me. it is the "pushing", the action for the sake of action that sets the chain of events in motion. chaos is the mind that decides for its own amusement to use the finger to push over the series of dominoes.

"i tell you: one must still have chaos in one to give birth to a dancing star!" - nieztche

or maybe i'm just talking out of my ass again.

The only thing that can be truly chaotic is something that hasn't happened yet. Once it happens, then it is part of a sequence of events.

(A thinking human brain, the most complex object in the known universe,)

How do you know there's nobody else on this planet who knows about a more complex object?

But i understand your point everything is weird. Awareness is weird.
But its chaos, and chaos is good.

Friend: A person that listens and most of the time understands. He/she doesn't judge all you say, but when he/she does you take it as positive feedback.

lof, i want to be your friend. So if you want it too send me an email, and we'll chat some more.

I know its sounds like i'm an idiot or a psychopat, i'm not...

Its a shame that people play off the ancient art of astrology as nonsense simply because it has been corrupted for entertainment purposes. The true system has little to do with what sign the sun was in when you were born. The true use is to be able to learn more about yourself objectively. Contrary to what the newspaper says, every sign "influences" us.

Neither those practicing the original (Astrology "Classic") nor the New Astrology can show anything of substance in their "art", it is just so much mystic mumbo-jumbo.

But then again, I am an Aquarius and we don't believe in astrology.

obviously we have universal laws, but what the fuck, some of you are saying that we cant have chaos cause we have universal laws, wrong. chaos is only a perception, like order, but yet the human mind strives for order, only because thats how it is up on the other side, duh, we are only trying to create what its like on the other side where we came from, i say good luck to those who will belive it can be done, for now i will live in chaos cause its fun and thats why were here, to learn from it and the bad things that come out of it, but like i said i will have fun with it now cause i can, even though i know its not good. It will take major destruction of the world before we learn from our self created chaos.

Damn I am glad you guys get it. In this world sometimes i lose faith in people. but the questions you bring forth tells me about the universal code the one that we all live under. We cant resist. Listen to tool they speak truth. I love all. Do the same and you will see. It is the only way

I think that to say you "get it" would be a lie. You cannot just sum something like this up in a one sentence/paragraph answer. You could write a whole book on it and you still would not be able to totally "get it". I think you all have great points and I have found it to be quite insightful to read them, but to say "I get it!" is just a little bit of a stretch, eh?

Hey I never knew you could tell whether a person "gets something" by examing 2 words they wrote. Is it their duty to fully explain themselves to you or others? (not being rude just objectional )

Even within chaos there is order, it is just more complex. A shattered glass has it's shards fly out in a seemingly chaotic fashion, but actually its angle of fall, gravity and whatever wind resistance or the shape and tilt of the surface it smashes on is within perfect order of the crash.
By that rationale there can be no chaos, only complex order that may have no perceptable logic.

I am the Walrus.
