Is it just me or does anyone else get this strange feeling in their neck when they trip? For me it feels like my lymph nodes are really enlarged and everytime I swollow it feels like my neck is swollen. Is this normal. Thanks ahead.

This has never happened to me, it could be your imagination, that you think that your neck is expanding when you trip so your brain makes you "feel" it.

I find it difficult to swallow on the come up, like it takes conscious effort rather than being a natural reflex, which is weird. makes my throat and neck feel strange, but i know it's just my imagination... actually i find that any part of my body i concentrate on feels weird- maybe you get this every time cause you expect it ever since you noticed it once? I always notice that I can feel what i'm wearing, as if the filters that usually get rid of useless information have switched off so suddenly my brain feels the need to continually point out that lots of me is in contact with clothing... I thought someone had grabbed me round the shoulders once, but then i realised i'd just suddenly become aware of my scarf :P

I remember tripping on mushrooms while I had swollen lymph nodes and it make it worse where it was hard to swallow. Mabye yours were inflamed to begin with.

No, but sometimes on LSD or mushrooms I experience something where I feel my arms can extend very very long...

My nose is usually congested on at least one side due to deviated septum, every time i shroom it clears up. Nothing weird with my neck, though.

my teeth always feel real funny and i usually get a runny nose. i tend to cough a lot too, but maybe thats from the cigarettes??

I used to get what I would call braingasm's. Sometimes they would be so intense that my entire body would lock up. They felt surprisingly good, though.

I always get the shroom yawns, as do all my friends. Never knew why, but it can get old.
And to the starter, I always get a headache/migrane at the end of a shroom trip. It feels like two painfll lines running up the back of my neck into my head, and to my eyes. It can hurt like hell, and sometimes its not to bad. I started taking 5HTP for a day or two ahead of a trip, aswell as trying to stay laxed in the trip. For me i think its me being too tense without realizing it. And the 5htp helps the over all crash in my opinion. just my .02
