Day 3, I think I got contamination. :mad:

you guys tell me.

4/5 are like this. and they all formed at the inoculation points.

Thats not contams. Im sure..... For day 3, they are gr4owing quickly.

In that last pic though, there is some green in the bottom left corner. Unless that has something to do with your lighting or camera, thats contamination.

They are growing quickly if that really is day three. It wont look normal for a while if it is growing that quickly.

A healthy myc-network almost has what you could call root like structures or little fingers that reach outward from the centers. There will be many centers in one cake.

Thanks for the reply, I will surley wait to see what happens but, to me it looks like cobweb. Here is another picture:

The green in the 3d pic is a reflection.

cobweb is rare in pf jars, it is probably just thin myc
