are they doomed?

ok, i innoculated 2 bags and 2 jars. 1 of each has gotten trichoderma (or atleast what i think is trich.) the other bag and the other jar are doing good. i just needed your opinion on wether or not you guys think they will bite ther dust too?
oh and the surviving jar has seemed to stop colonizing, is that a sign that it will contaminate?

Probably. I would untape the innoculation holes (if they are taped) and flip the jar, this will promote air exchange and mycelium growth, you don't have nothing to loose by doing this, it could only be good.
