I have taken the first step in the path towards freedom from working for tyrannical bosses. I have an idea and I have already started carrying it out. I still have to figure out how to take it further, but I have faith that I can do it given enough time.

How do you create supply broke?
Related, what did you get into and how?
It seems so far fetched of a goal for a person like me.

Indeed! Has its ups and downs.,... but at least I'm somewhat self sufficient with no asshole boss to answer to.
I chose a crap field to get involved with though..... manufacturing.
Cut throat horrid fucking shit. Lose customers over a nickle price cut....gain customers by undercutting your adversary by a nickle.
Fun stuff.
Now if only I could figure out a product line to start turning out.....thats where the money is in this field......

There would only be you and your memories... the choices you've made, and the people you've touched. If this world were to end there would only be you and him and no-one else. " .............. "MAN! You know there aint no such thing as left over crack!"

i got into realestate (lots of raw land in the middle of nowhere), soon to be opening up a car dealership focused on alternative fuels.
as for creating supply for an unquenched demand. step one: get a really good idea step 2: turn it into a business plan step 3: convince someone else that has money that your idea is THAT good, and theyll loan it to you for a share of the profits.

I have an idea that could make me rich if I could get it together and find the right people. The problem is I know next to nothing about the business world.

I was against capitalism for a while...then I realized that our world is run by those with money...and changing our world requires money...so I am a capitalist until I'm rich and can spend it all for worldwide benefit.

Sounds so easy, yet not.
That is a good idea on the car dealership though. It's the right time for something like that
