Optimal CC's

I keep hearing different things for how much cc's of spore water is needed for the inoculation of half pint jars. What do u guys use?

divide one by your number of holes... if you have 4 holes then you'll need 1/4 per hole.

But if you are making your own syringes, I find that the optimal CC's per jar to achieve the fastest colonizing jars, for me, is 8-10 CC's per jar. I tried a couple of jars at 20 CC's, but they took longer to fully colonize.

I have used 4 cc's per jar and have found it works , its neat too because when the mycelium does appear it colonizes much faster.

8-10CCs per jar?! Wouldnt that throw the water content way out of whack?

I was experimenting when I was doing a batch, and found the the ones that I had innoculated with 8-10 CC's colonized the fastest. The ones that I put 20 CC's in, they did colonized, but at a much slower rate.

i have 20cc's of B+ and 12 jars, i'm just going to split them up between each. hopefully that works.might only use 15 cc's so i have some to fix any mess ups i do.
