Stores that sell food dehydrators?

I need one pretty quickly, because the silica gel method didn't work out so well. Therefore, I don't have a ton of time to waste jumping from shop to shop.
Which stores for-sure sell food dehydrators?

They didn't have them at any of the wall marts by me,but than again most supplies are hard to come by where I live, out of the 4 wall marts I know of only 1 of them even sells jars and they are "Seasonal".They only place I have seen a dehydrator around me is the same organic food store that special orders my 50 lb bags or rye,Its not a nesco and If I want a nesco it looks like I will be ordering it somewhere,I have always had wonderful results with fan drying on its own and only use desiccant for storage but it would be ice to have one sooner or later for when there are tons of fresh fruits that I want to dry quicker

just put a fan over them. I like to put my shrooms in a bowl and literally lay the fan right on top of the bowl. 24-48 hours of that and they're practicly cracker dry. after that take some damp rid (can be bought at any supermarkey) and a piece of tin foil. put damp rid covering the bottom of a tuperwear container and put the tin foil ontop of the damp rid, then, put the almost dried shrooms on the tin foil and seal the tuperwear container. 24 hours of that and you got cracker dry mushies.

walmart will definetly have damp rid! it's in the household cleaner section. but do not use damprid to dry wet shrooms! it will get your damprid all gross and possibly contaminate your shroomies

I'm going to go get damprid, white rice, and a tiny fan.
I can't afford a food dehydrator, and this silica gel deal has let me down.

go for the damprid and fan, the rice is worthless for drying. there are posts that talk about rice dehydrating and from what I've heard it sounds worthless.

The silica gel method works perfectly IF you do it right. Don't try and put your fresh mushrooms into the gel and expect them to come out cracker dry the next day. Air dry in single layers (In front of a fan is best) for a day or two, then use the gel. Re-activate gel in oven when it becomes saturated. I could of bought 10 lbs of silica gel for $4.00 the other day at the thrift shop!!

A one time purchase of a decent dehydrator, new under $50, used from a thrift store often around $10, WILL LAST YOU A LIFETIME.
Dries them perfectly & quickly EVERY TIME.
Plus, good for making jerky, drying herbs, or whatever.
It is a SET IT & FORGET IT method.
A decade ago, I screwed around with other methods for drying.
The first time I used a dehydrator, was the last time. I used any other method.
 From this:
To this: No muss, fuss or f**king around.

11 lbs wet, to 1 lb cracker dry, in NO TIME.
