But in all seriousness, does anyone have any good Tai Chi links, and does anyone practice it? what do you think of it?

I have practiced it. It's good fun and good for you in many ways. Go for it.

Difficult unless you have many years of movement or Martial Arts training.

Apparantly, shamans discovered kinesthetic memory while they were on hallucinogens.. and saught to reproduce the feelings of clarity of mind/awareness.
Tai Chi is an exercise in kinesthetic memory. The same kind of memory is used for any kind of martial art, or physical practice.
This info is pulled from Casteneda's Magical Passes, which contains step-by-step instructions on how to master your kinesthetic memory.

Do not even bother to attempt to learn tai chi without a teacher. It will be useless.

absolutely 100%
and make sure it's a good one.
I practice Tai Chi but think that I like yoga better but oscillatre between the two.

damn, no Tai Chi traines here
Is there anything I can do to prepare for it? I have been trying yoga a bit; I enjoy it a lot. Perhaps I should just stick with it for the time being?

i don't think there is anything you can do to train for it.
if you can find a dvd you can simply practice the first opening move over and over again, and it will give you a definite understanding of the balance/movement/mind/chi link, and to that extent it would be helpful, but to learn a whole form without the presence of a master (best) or at least a competent teacher will not be a good idea at all.
my teacher wants me to do just 2 moves of the form for 6 hours a day. i might do this since i'm on break.
