worst monotub job ever, moved to greenhouse, 4th flush

I was about to throw this monotub out because it hadn't done anything in weeks. When I prepared it I had the wrong kind of coir and mixed my super huge chunks of BRF cakes in very poorly. The substrate was pretty dry by this time. I had just finished building my greenhouse and had nothing to put in it, so I stuck this in it. The next day pins showed up. This is what it looks like now. Not bad huh?
Those are EQ's, btw.

haha yeah holy crap that is mixed pretty damn poorly. surprised it still didnt colonize better than that. looks like if anything the coir fibers more or less cased your cake chunks.
fruits are fruits though

I'm about to case 2 coir tubs and 1 tennstud tub with peat and verm, 50/50+. I was originally going to have a lot of monotubs but then decided to build the greenhouse. I think they will kick ass in the greenhouse. I've got room to put the tubs in the greenhouse while I grow more spawn for my new 6qt shoeboxes .

My greenhouse will hold 14 SIXTEEN qt sweater boxes It would hold 16 of them but I'm too lazy to pipe in the cool mist and it takes up room on the bottom shelf.Anyone who has 14 16qt sweater boxes going and doesn't end up with more mushrooms than they know what to do with should not only quit cultivating but I think they should jump of a bridge just for good measure....O and by the way, those are looking pretty good

It was the 'fiber' kind. Has all kinds of 'wood chips' and crap in it. Doesn't colonize right. It works well for the first flush though.
