I am trying casing and am using verm straight. I did the sandwich thing( cake between two layers of verm).....WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH TO HELP! I've been told this is all wrong

its not all wrong, but the consensus seems to be that the bottom layer of verm is fairly useless. youll be fine, but next time you might as well not use the bottom layer.

The pics you posted in your other thread showed no verm on top. If you put a verm layer on top of what your pics showed then youll be ok...Straight Verm is NOT recommended. Read the FAQ and youll know what you should be doing without asking for step by step instructions. Have you read the FAQ yet?

I showed those trays without verm on top to show you folks at home what I am doing. All three trays have been covered.

Should them trays and the other one get light if there is no fuzzy on top of the verm? Just keep incubating...
