Are these worms healthy for compost?

I got millions of them, they are'nt worms though, they look like large potatoe bugs, without the shell. I think they are just as good as worms though.

Heh.....WTF? no idea what they are? kinda looks like a slug or maybe a leach in the picture Do they seem to be eating the compost?

must be eating something, my compost is almost 1/4 worms already, they might be leaches though, or slugs, who knows, that's why I asked, I figure they're healthy, but they are'nt exactly worms

They might be some sort bug larva. I wouldn't be suprised if they all turned into beetles.
