I can think of multiple possibilities for both types. Any more details on the gill structure (such as attachment, and color for the second one)?
Is that second one growing straight from wood or the ground? (It's hard to tell from the picture for me). The little white one in the background of that second picture is probably a mycena.
None of them are active if that is what you were wondering (not sure if you knew already or not).

none edible or active to my knowledge, 3rd pic Mycena(the Lil one) and the yellow caps appear to be Questionable stropharia....though a more descriptive write up on the environment, location and the mushrooms themselves are needed to make a more accurate ID

Holy dog shit! Texas? Only steers and queers come from Texas, Private Cowboy. And you don't look much like a steer to me so that kinda narrows it down. Do you suck dicks?

By second, I meant second type.

I agree that they look close to Stropharia.

Generally, when identifying mushrooms it's best to pick and bring the specimens home with you so that features can be observed that you may not have been able to observe in the field.

I'd love to be able to help you more but random habitat shots alone are hard to work with. Thanks for sharing the images though.
