I will say that I love the prices, and the quick responces I always get, but the speed of delivery is pretty bad. I have a very large order that is three weeks old, and has still not been shipped, and Dimitri said it would only take three days. I understand that they have been busy. I am not that worried about it this time, but if I ever needed something soon I would be forced to go elsewhere. Maybe you could do a priority processing where the customer pays $10 extra and their order gets done first. I think this is the only area of improvement that I know of.

I ordered from the Dr. a while back and was very pleased. Fast Service, Good Quality and a Fair Price. Thats all I ask for. I had a problem with one of his products and he corrected it immediately.

i like the dr for supplies. and have had good luck using him, unless he doesnt carry a product, and i cant find it locally, he gets my business. lol course if he sent me a couple free bags, ( to test lol) i would think he is even better J/K CC

and if your order isn't going to ship for three weeks, you shouldn't be charged until the order ships. that's the way most retailers do it. i don't know if this is possible using paypal as a processor, but some sort of system should be established.

my order was pretty fast and all was good except for one rye bag(mold) but everything else was good and with all the other bags I got I didn't care to bitch about one. I will use him again and will recommend his products.

I think I need to clear something up. Dimitri has been very good at keeping in contact with me about being late, and I am not bitching. I was just making a suggestion. obviously I like their service enough to put a link at the bottom of all my posts.

We have been unable to keep up with orders ( wife and I) so we have hired 3 employees to help out and this should make things go quicker and orders will be shipped faster. Thank you to all of you who have been patient about late orders.

I never had a complaint with the Dr. Everything I ever ordered was shipped as promptly as it could be, and I was always satisified when I would open the box. Now, if I could get him to make up some XL bags with BRF/Verm, I would be happier than I already am...
