If the syringe I used wasnt a purple color, but there were still the spores floating around very visibly, will everything turn out okay? Or must I start all over again?

My syringes were clear except for a few barely visible specks. They worked great.
Be patient. Let the spores germinate. 80-84% is the proper temperature. Keep them in the dark.

Remember that spores are microscopic, so if you can see any specks in your syringe at all then you are seeing probably thousands of spores.
