Did anyone keep up on the Overgrow saga?

Want to fill me in on what happened, succinctly?
Last I heard, this guy called Mongoose was calling out all kinds of shit on the guy who used to run overgrow. He (Mongoose) was claiming that he had all kinds of evidence that the whole site was actually his, and that he had server backups of all the info and that the site would be up and running again in a few weeks. This was probably 6 months ago, so its obviously not true. But what actually DID happen?
Did this GypsyNirvana guy who supposedly ran the whole thing get arrested like I heard? Or flee the country, like I've heard? Or become a pig, like I've heard? I mean, what REALLY happened?
I read the High Times article at the store the other day, since I refuse to pay money for that rag, but it really didnt shed any new light on the subject. Someone must know the ACTUAL story, or have a link to a discussion, or something.

There is an 'OG refugee' forum there, your questions probably would be answered there.

RC was the owner of Overgrow. Mongoose (PoM) had no part of it, and Gypsy owns ICmag.com. Anyways, RC was busted by the RCMP for running a cannabis seed business. They didn't hit the OG servers, but RC shut them down just incase.
This post and the one after it will fill you in: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/5349778#Post534977
