So after innoculation, waiting for colonization, and having the jar colonized white....exactly what is next?

I am casing and I did those steps and after preparing my straight verm casing substrate, I cold shocked for 12 hrs and left the saran wrap on and placed it in my terrarium

After two days I had growth; actually two spotches of white mycellium fuzz. Should there be more steps? I use a light for a good part of the day except to sleep

I fan as well three to four times a day......Am I paranoid?

Well, if you have the right humidity, the right light levels, and the right air exchange.
The next step is time.
Just wait, and before you know it you'll be basking in shrooms.
