my practice is to write while things happpen and review, in that way I am emulating little don carlos and his original practice (as a student), he got into lots of trouble for writing.
many of my allies emerge from paper and ink, or have a velum aspect or goo aspect. the mix of flatness and the shiny wetness pervades my complex.
my other practice is to immerse and observe without writing.
love casteneda and really appreciate that you brought him back into my life.

The warriors way fits with any religion or spiritual practice I have ever been attracted to. Taoism, Christianity, Buddhism, Shamanism, Science,psychology, Hinduism, Tony Robbins, Eckhart Tolle, Grudjieff, Crowley, Tim Leary, Ram Dass, and the list goes on.
I appreciate the way Carlos tells it, it spurs me on to believe in myself and work towards my personal goals. I am a solitary warrior so I may love whoever I choose. I do not have to be attached to the outcome. I can love freely with no obligation.

I find that same fact to be true also. The deeper one goes and the more one learns about different paths, the more one sees how truly complementary and overlapping they all are. Different words, same worlds.
