responded to me.

Is it Typical for SporeWorks to blow you off? I understand they are having alot of problems but three weeks have gone by with no confirmation of any spores being shipped out or even a response to a letter I wrote them three days ago. The only thing I have recieved is a credit card statement showing they accepted my money?
Is this good customer service? When this order was placed I payed for Priority mail understanding that they had my item in stock, & I would SHORTLY be contacted in 2-3 days at most. What was the point for paying extra for QUICK mail service. I wrote a letter 6-7days after this & two days later they replied- Ohh Its coming shortly- the latest Wendsday. Well here I am with my thumb up my ass- What do you guys have to say about this?

this is not typical for spore work i ordered from them in the past and was very happy my recent order is all screwed up too i keep emailing them but they seem to answer all the emails except the ones that refer to my order( as in the ones i sent them about other things) give them a few more days im sure there back up like hell with that problem they had with the ordering thing on there web site. i they sent me 2 tracking numbers for my order 1 usps said dont even exist and the the other was a tracking number but the wrong one if any one at spor works read this please pm me im not trying to bash or bad mouth you jus want to work out my order

I'm a first time orderer, so I didn't want to make false accusations...but...

I sent an email a few days after my order was placed, and got the same reply as you. Should ship by Wed...

I sent a follow up email 2 days ago, I haven't got a reply...... 9 days total now.

I can understand if your supplier is late/bad etc.. but at least send us an email letting us know we're not getting the shaft...

I too ordered a few bags and spores from them on the 6th. mailed the money in.. no confermation or anything. i hope they get back together soon ..

I hear that. I got like 50 in on em. nothing you can you realy do tho.. i think the orders will eventualy make it. I dont remember ever hearing anything bad about sporeworks realy.

I ordered from them about 2 months ago. It took over a month for me to receive my order. I'm not impressed with there service and won't order from them again. There is other places that send out your orders quick and return e-mails. I was happy with the spores they sent but the service could've been way better.

Dlagwagon you read my mind. This is the last time i will order from them- Friday & still no response. I hope they get themselves together soon. I ordered from them twice in the past with no problem but lately there service has gone South to the ghetto.

Sporeworks had some problems. I spoke with them via PM here and email. My order seemed a bit late so I contacted them. In the past I've recieved their products in 7-8 days. My first email I believe was missed. The second recieved a prompt response and promise my order would be here later in the week. My order arrived this week days after their response...sooner than I expected. Don't worry about getting ripped off. SporeWorks would not do such a thing.

the only reason im antsy is cause they gave me 2 tracking numbers and 1 was no good said it didnt exsit and the other was a diff order from a diff state unless they sent my order to them cause when i ordered my credit card went through but in there mail box there was no order to go with the paid order so i sent them what i had orderd and they said they were shipping it out that day i then i got the tracking numbers. and yet no word since then. my order was a lil under 100$ bucks too lol if they sent it to sumone else that sumone must be happy
im sure everthing will work out when i ordered from them befor i had no problems amatter affact they are replacing a syringe for me too but that was right after this current problem so who knows

I'm not worried about being "ripped off" as I only spent a small amount of $$ there, but not returning emails AND seeing that I'm not the only one in this situation doesn't make me feel any better about ordering from them. If they should send me an extra syringe or two, I'd be willing to let this fall by the waist side....

Ya this is angering me too. I emailed them and they didnt respond. So i PMed the guy here on the shroomery and he said it will be shipped monday or tuesday. And its canadian airmail so i guess it wont be here for another week. Sucks because it was a present for my friend whose B-day is Tuesday:(

Sporeworks Rocks that all I have to say, they might be going through some troubles now but they are one of the best vendors if not the best. They replaced a syringe for me just because I said all my jars contaminated, no questions asked.

They always have shipped quick, and are reliable and a safe place to shop.

I dont have anythung bad to say, but obviously something isnt working right at the moment, give them a minute to do whatever they have to do and Im sure youll see your order anyday.

seems like every vendor has its day but sporeworks reputation precedes them. They are some of the quickest and most reliable out there so be patient they arent blowing you off or bullshiting give them another week.

I ordered from sporeworks and got my 4 myco bags in about a week. Strange thing was 3 days later they sent another 4 bags, so I got 8 bags for the price of 4.

i've only ordered from them once, and got a timely delivery. i really dont see anyone getting ripped off.would be silly to ruin your business for a few hundred dollars.
i have noticed most venders are running behind right now ( last time i was at sporeworks, it stated ON THE SITE, that on some strains would be a little slow on delivery.), i'm not sure if a growing craze hit everyone unexpectedly, or what the deal is, but sporeworks isnt the only ones falling behind

It took 10 days for a Puerto strain to reach me in South Africa.

Pretty much as long as they said it would take.
No complaints here, and it`s a big dark print.

So deffinately no complaints.

Just got a replacement product, in record time! I think it took 3 days after my email, and that's including the weekend! Way to go, and I'm glad to see things are coming back to full operation, good luck, and thanks workman, psiclober and (I forget the third) other guy!
