Not likely, cigarettes are a lot more than just smoking when I'm tripping, I can't explain it, but it goes back to my first trip and it's been there almost every time.

Smoke in general actually.

a psychological anchor of some sort perhaps?

understandable,

as long as moderation is kept key, there is nearly nothing the body can't recover from.

smoking a cigarette every once in a while will not be detrimental to health, what becomes detrimental is the feedback loop of addiction and consecutive use based on habit alone.

today is a month for me, although i had one like a week and a half ago, and a drag or 3 last night. but i am still stoked. just stopped cold turkey.
