Is potting soil the same as vermiculite?

cuz i went to walmart and couldnt find any vermiculite, only potting soil, also, for a terrarium can i use something besides plexiglass for the wall that i spray water on, like a mirror or anything like that. o and do shrooms have bad health effects, like lsd and stuff? thanks

No, vermiculite and potting soil are quite different from eachother, I don't think one can be substituted for the other under most circumstances, however I have seen soil used as a casing layer instead of vermiculite or 50/50.

About the health issue, just use your head, know your limits and you should be fine.
