I'm curious about this species because I haven't seen it mentioned on here to my knowledge. I'm just curious to know whether they are worth picking or not and if they are hard to cultivate.

I grew up on these things. I had never seen anything else until I went to college. Ps. cyans grow all over the Oregon and Washington coasts and in to BC. They grow along river banks and in wet grassy areas. If your lucky enough to come across some of these, enjoy, dont try to cultivate. "heard some stories about people trying, nothing ever came of it though."

Ps. cyans are known as 'the common wood-chip psilocybe'. Generally they are found around flower beds containing coniferous wood-chips. The ones I find are on straight wood-chips where horses tend to ride along and I was generally curious to what people have to say about them thats all.

They can be easy to cultivate under the correct fruiting conditions - outside ofcourse
