So much BULL SHIT
On my local news they have busted a few people picking shrooms. They are saying they are highly addictive, you may over dose and die, by taken only a few shrooms, (we are talking about the ones that stain blue.) They did not even warn people about the look alkies that will poison you and kill you.

Tonight my sister told me about a news story about shroom picking.
She recognised the area as her college.
Bethany, West Virginia. She said around 70 people have been arrested.

Do either of you have any news clippings or url's to look at to verify that this really happened.
If 70 people were arrested then there should and would be some news verifications of that from nespapers who most of have websites with such information available tothe public..
Please post this so others can record the incident.

I heard about it on stock market web page. It was news there because the people were arrested on land owned by one of the big steel companies ( I think Bethlehem Steel...but I'm not sure) anyway its just another example of why you should keep your info about fields to yourself and ask permission to walk on land that you do not own.

last season about four of my good friends were caought picking Ps. Stuntzii at a new housing develpment and the local news some how ended up finding out about and said in the local paper that they were so high the cops had to tackle them and restrain the with handcuffs. But they actually just took the punishment and didnt even try to resist arrest. I HATE THE MEDIA!!!!! They published there names in the paper and everything such fucking bullshit

Is locking someone up for five years and forfeiting their property then
condemning them to flipping burgers for life, looking out for their "safety"
because they might "O.D." on something that (the first story itself says) gives
one only a "mild buzz", or that they might poison themselves and "die" by
ingesting unknown mushrooms?
Would it not make more sense to charge $10 admission to the field and hand out
a flyer with correct dosage and identification instructions? Come one, come all.

Well the stupid Brooke County WEst Virginia''s Sheriffs office has no email to bitch at the words of the County Sheriff Bernard Kozienko.
I found this site of his with no email. I wanted to inform him that there are no known psilocybine mushrooms growing in the state of West Virginia
