terrariums

i'm about ready to build a terrarium for my PF cakes. the only pics i've seen of a terrarium are of a side view. should the plexi fit the whole terrarium flush on all sides or does the shield only block the cake from direct water contact? pictures, if anyone has any, would be appreciated.

You can just buy a sterlite or rubermaid container they work great.

You buy you a container (rubbermaid etc.) big enough for all your cakes, kut a hole in the top to let light in ( about the size of the top) then cover it with plastic wrap. Put 2 inches of Perlite and 1 inch of water in the bottom for humidity. Make something to hold the cakes up off the bottom, fan and mist as needed. Hope that helps,

The exact same advice I gave him execpt I said to use 1 inch of perlite. It's really a case by case thing
