Good calming Smoking Herbs/blends?

I am trying to find out some good herbs to grow for a nice, calming,everyday smoking blend. All i have been able to find so far is skullcap and a few others. Does anyone have any suggestions? What are your favorites?. Also, Im looking for a good source of the small plants or seeds.
