New cultivator here

Hey, im a new cultivator to mushroom's and i just made a spore syringe from a B+ mushroom(i think) from a friend of mine. I think i made it right because the water is a dark violet color and you can see the clumps floating. Neways, im a little bit nervouse about the whole thing. I mean, i read so much about contaminets and with my luck prolly all my jars will get contaminated. Is it really that hard? thanks in advance -drew

Read read read. The more you read the more you'll be able to aviod contams. The whole process is not that hard once you know what you are doing. Make a plan first. Think about what you want your results to be. Then read read read until you can recite your plan step by step in your head. If you can't recite your plan in your head that means you still have unanswered questions. Find the missing links in your plan. If you can't find your answer here at the shroomery look around the net, you should be able to find the answer. If you look and cannot find the answer, post your question here and someone can help get you on your way. With careful planning and knowledge you can almost not fail. Good luck.

As long as you were sterile when making the print and the syringe you will be fine. Good luck

Your going to need a lot of patience.(i.e. dont open the terrarium lid every 20 mins to see if anything has happened ) Take your time and do everything correctly, contams are possible but semi-rare once u get a good technique down
