Sony mp3 player - loading software?

Well, 2 days after my sansa 1gb mp3 player crapped out - a friend found a small sony mp3 player in a park and gave it to me..

I've connected it using the usb from my old player - but no loading software or drag'n'drop menu popped up.

Im wondering what the best place to get software, or best way to change songs on the mp3 player is..

I have a sony Mp3 player too.

It's more than likely (depending on the model) that you must use sony's sonicstage software. Obviously, there is no drag and drop method (that would make it far too user friendly).

I believe u can download everything from Sony. I have two computers, on m first comp, I couldn't even install the software, however, once I got it installed on a second comp. it worked well. Go to sony and do some searching.

do sony players still mandate transcoding from MP3 to ATRAC?

just curious, I ditched my old player cuz of that.

nah they dont.

sonicstage is evil. I have an nwa-3000. Im never buying a sony mp3 player again.

sounds like im best of trading or selling this Sony mp3 player..

Im in luck, my sansa just started working again, it was the format of the files that fucked it up.
