hydrating sprayer

I was reading about spraying casings when they get dry and was was worried on what type of water to use. Should I steralize the spray bottle or just put some hydrogen peroxide in it. Also, will hydrogen peroxide not harm the shrooms? If not, how much should I mix with the water?

Just buy a gallon of distilled water and use that in your spray bottle.
Works fine and no contam problem.
